ProfitClear is a financial tracking platform that helps entrepreneurs monitor their revenue across multiple payment platforms, track expenses, and calculate their true profit. The service connects to third-party payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Gumroad to aggregate financial data.

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service to transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to compete with us or create a similar service

Free Plan: We offer a free plan with limited features. No payment information is required to start.

Pro Plan: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to our service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

Our service integrates with third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProfitClear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Financial Advice: Our service provides financial data and calculations but does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
